「Terri at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating when I asked to have a room on a lower floor. The hotel is not very easy to get to from the Interstate but we like Hampton so did not want to settle for cheaper hotels on the West side. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I would like to see improved is the area under the bathroom sink needs cleaned. Otherwise it was a good stay.」

「​The staff were very welcoming and friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The floor was not properly cleaned, I found a bug in the bathroom, and the hairdryer was even sticky, looking like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. While the service was great, the overall cleanliness definitely needs improvement.」

「Dalvonta at the front desk was one of the best customer service people ive ever encountered. From check in, during the stay, till check out. Ive been in customer service my entire life. I'm 48. Truly top notch. The hotel itself is great, very clean and next to many places to eat, drink, and shop. 5 stars and 100%recommend. You wont be disappointed.」

「Lots of the windows are in need of replacing due to fogging inside the panes ! This is not very nice to try and look out at the view. The toilet 🚽 needs to be a comfort hight not 12” off the floor! Update the place and make sure your costumer’s get what they deserve!!!」

They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Felt like home away from home!! We appreciated the pool and the convenience of having EV chargers available on-site. 「I called ahead specifically to ask if they had a hot tub (not just a jetted tub) and was told yes. When we arrived, it turned out to be a single-seat jetted bathtub, not an actual hot tub. It also had an unpleasant smell. We chose not to stay and walked out, but were still charged for the full night. Very disappointing experience and not what was represented over the phone. I would not recommend.」
