"The checkin process was fantastic, and the baths are great. Our bed was massive! But we soon discovered it was because two full beds were pushed together making the bed disproportionately large for the room. The location was great for visits to the Himeji castle. Dont order the massage but do enjoy the hot baths and cold plunge on level 4."

"We booked the Harbour suite which was super spacious. We loved the private onsen which was really large. The spring water was a bit too hot for our liking . The buffet dinner was worth every cent. A proper Japanese expereince in food and culture. It felt like we were the only foreign tourists staying here which made it really unique like we had found a hidden gem.
