“Room was clean and nice. The lock on the door was not fully secured to door. Informed staff but no one around to fix it. Offered to move rooms but we chose to stay. My main concern was when I went down the stairs, the fire doors did not latch and were partially open. Upon further investigation I found that there was a mechanism on the fire door that enabled and disabled the latch based on turning a knob on the door. Once the knob was turned the doors then latched as expected. I did inform……

“The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was easy, and check-in was quick and smooth. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast team were all friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Our room also had a great kitchen setup with a stove, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and even plates and utensils, which was a really nice bonus. “there were no issues with the property. the only issue was that the check in clerk was not as nice. there was a snow storm and she would not let anyone check in prior to 3pm. the hotel was not full, so we had to sit in the lobby until 3pm and not 1 minute earlier. the rest of the staff was great. would stay again. ”
