「A short 1 night trip away the beautiful grounds of this hotel took our breathe away, we really felt we were in the middle of the countryside and the lovely river flowing around only added to this. Our room in the main section was a little small BUT modern, all recently refurbed with underfloor bathroom heating and a lovely comfortable bed and absolutely perfect for our short trip - any more than 3 nights and you'd probably run out of space. 「What impressed me the most was their staff. The front desk was professional and helpful suggesting different types of transportation to my destination (I think his name was Keith). The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food, the staffs were also extremely professional and attentive. 」

「2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. 」
