Do not stay here.

Do not stay here unless you are looking for the lowest price possible. This is not a hotel. This is a room. Nobody on site. No parking. Not very clean. Sparse amenities if any. It reminds me somewhat of a homeless shelter.

It was noisy , maintenance work needing done , was cold and no blankets , duvet I think was dusty as felt itchy and didn’t smell that fresh, I didn’t really feel that safe as single woman on my own and wish stayed in a proper hotel , it was not worth the money , had to pay extra £25 up front for security which didn’t like either

The property is not a hotel in any way shape or form. It is a room in a share house in a dodgy area. The area was very unsafe especially for children.

Easy access to airport...free public transport. Good communication with host. Room was a bit basic..could have used another plug socket and would have much liked a TV and a hook on the door to hang clothes Whole property was clean especially the kitchen.

My stay at Grand Airport Ensuites was disappointing from start to finish. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, and I had to call them before arrival to figure out how to access my room. Only then did I learn that they require a security deposit, something not mentioned anywhere on the website or booking confirmation. The room itself was in poor condition. The floors creaked with every step, the walls had visible mold, and the overall cleanliness was below standard. It didn’t feel properly maintained or welcoming. While the location near the airport is convenient, the lack of transparency and poor upkeep make it hard to recommend. I would not stay here again.

The worst place ever. They clearly tried to remodel a house to make it a hotel but it doesn’t work. No upkeep. Not like the photos in the least. Worst of all was that we planned to use the clothes washer/dryer and the phone operator says “ you didn’t book that, it’s out of order!” Ridiculous!

Location vis-a-vis airport was good. Communication about check-in was terrible (received a doc I couldn't open and then could not communicate with any living human until late the evening of check-in - almost had to re-book elsewhere). Bed was truly terrible, shower didn't work, no bath mat.

Please never waste your money in this dump hole

It has to be one of the filthiest and poorest maintained properties I ever experienced. Filthy, badly in decay, no airport transfer whatsoever, please avoid at all costs staying there, better use to spend that money in food at the airport and sleep in a chair.

I was in London for the first time, with limited Wifi, I had a 4hr delayed flight. As soon as I got connected to wifi I saw your email regarding check in obviously it was too late. Hoping to fiind a receptionist we went to location and were shocked to find NO ONE... you all have to revamp your procedures.

This is not a hotel. It is like a bedsit/shared house. I was shocked to see Hotels.com allowing this type of property. I tried to cancel on the day but I couldn't. I stayed didn't dare leave anything in the room when I was out. No parking. If i wasn't alone I would not have stayed.

Customer services very poor they could do better and they should expect any question especially if you checked in late after 10pm.The place itself we had difficult to find and I was charged more as we couldnot see the name of the place as it shows online ..i sent her msg voa WhatsApp got ignored till i sreenshot ans sent itbto her also other guest had to come out to help me because tax leftr me in a dark no even light outside the property very dark.

Not great.

It wasn’t great! The heating was stuck on and it was too hot and so we had to have windows open and listen to aeroplanes taking off and landing. There was no shower gel, only hand wash where it should have been, the ironing board had come off of the wall and was being kept in the cupboard with massive sharp screws sticking out of it… We called customer service for some advise with parking and they said they would call us back but didnt…. Should have paid an extra tenner and stayed at the premier inn.

Upon checking in I found the room in an absolutely disgusting state. The bed had been "made" with fresh towels and a duvet on top but the sheets underneath were stained, covered in dirt and absolutely filthy. The bathroom had urine on the floor, seat and inside the toilet itself. Used cups had been left by the last guest and whoever cleaned the room didn't notice they'd been used so just left them! The desk attached to the wall had been pulled off and exposed long screws to anyone unlucky enough to walk by.

It was not as described. The listing said it was only a 4 minute drive from Heathrow, it took us way more than that even with clear traffic. When turning up and looking from the outside of the property, it was in the evening and we were greeted with curtains that weren’t even hung properly at the window and in between the gaps in the curtains, with the light being on inside - an unpleasant lounge area with two young men in their 20’s walking around in vests. We deemed it as unsafe and not as described when we first booked and never even entered. We called the customer service line to which a lady answered the phone, was extremely rude when we expressed concerns of our safety and how our stay wasn’t as described. And with no customer service or resolution - she hung the phone up without warning. We stayed at the Premier Inn down the road instead, booked last minute and only paid £52 - money well spent - especially for the guarantee of safety and security.

Horrible.

The name of the the ensuites sounded good. I signed the conditions sheet. We took a taxi to the place and it looks like a run down house. We didn't get the code to get in so stood outside in the snow storm and wind trying to get ahold of someone. We finally got in and then couldn't find room 3. We finally figured that out. The bed was clean but mattress was horrible. More like a hide-a-bed and not comfortable at all. We were half crippled in the morning. It did have a kitchenette but it was not very inviting. We did not take showers. Our room was really cold so we sat in the kitchenette and had some snack where there was heat. The blinds in the bedroom were broken and didn't cover the whole window. Not very private.

Horrible place to stay, it’s not a hotel or BnB, it’s a dirty shared house with only customers inside and you receive a door code by message to reach your bedroom. They ask for a £25 deposit in order to give you the code, they told me that I will get that deposit back but it’s more than a week now and still nothing ! The place is extremely dirty, the mattress is horrible as we feel the springs in our back, and it’s 120cm large only (they call it double bed), also it’s very noisy. The noise doesn’t only come from the fact that this place is just at the end of the runway and the windows let the noise go through, it also comes from the other people staying at the same place using the kitchen after midnight, and the kitchen is the room linking all bedrooms. Last but not least, there was no table next to the bed and no switch to turn off the light, so you need to use the light of your phone in order to reach your bed, then you have to leave your phone on the dirty carpet… DO NOT STAY THERE !!!
