It is place close to Heathrow and convenient to get to the airport. Taxi to T4 is 18 pound. Not too bad or take pod and change at t5. Cost is reasonable but lacking in comfort.

Check in process was smooth and quick. Staff was friendly and gave us tips for navigating the area. Breakfast was good, fresh, and had gluten free options. Linens on bed for original room were dirty, but staff corrected promptly with room change and apology for the inconvenience.

Hotel charges 6 pounds for their airport shuttle, however what Hotel does not tell their customers is that directly available @ Hotel entrance way is free public transportation on number 423 Airport Bus.
