Excellent stay the night before an early flight. Easy transfer from T5 on the 423 bus which stops virtually outside the front of the hotel, only the second stop. Great bar area, nice food and the best view of the airport and planes. Would stay again.

Spotlessly clean through out the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Reception staff, so very friendly and helpful. Concierge amazingly helpful. Stayed here often, many years ago and we are back and not going anywhere else.

Took two days/requests to get a bath towel (none in the room upon arrival) and the top floor room's shower didn't work or weakly-m/intermittently due to lack of water pressure. Made mornings extra long and uncomfortable.
