“Great decor. Staff was great!”

“Room and common areas were clean. Staff at front desk were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with ample supply of most foods. The woman overseeing it was always checking the serving area, replenishing and cleaning as necessary. She and the front desk person both advised me when they were close to shutting down for the morning, wanting to ensure I had everything I wanted before they took it away. The property is pretty well located in most respects except dining options within……

“We had stayed at this property before and enjoyed our stay. This time we also enjoyed the room, but we felt that the room we were given was not one that was normally used. We first noticed that the aerator was missing from the sink. I told the staff and it was installed. The bed was comfortable, but in the bathroom the mirror was pretty beat up. The bathroom door dragged along the floor because it was splintered. We also noticed that the bottom of the door was quite dirty. I couldn't help……

The papers they put on the counter say for longer stays they will go in for housekeeping on the third night but nothing was done. smelled like cigarettes every floor even though there are signs that smoking is not allowed.”
