We LOVE dogs! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and protect our property, please follow these guidelines:
Dog Eligibility: Dogs must be well-behaved, fully house-trained, and current on vaccinations.
Number of Dogs: Only 1 medium/large dog or 2 small dogs are allowed per stay.
Size & Breed Restrictions: We reserve the right to restrict certain dog breeds considered to have higher tendencies toward aggression, including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers, for safety and to prevent property damage.
Pet Behavior: Dogs must be supervised and kept under control at all times.
Barking or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
Leash & Supervision: Dogs must be on a leash when outside and/or under owner’s supervision at all times.
Furniture & Bedding: Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
Damage & Cleaning Deposit: A refundable pet damage deposit of $300 is required before arrival. This deposit covers any damages, excessive hair, or special cleaning needed due to your pet.
Damage Responsibilities: Owners are financially responsible for any damages caused by their dogs.
