"I didn't use the laundry or pool as it was freezing outside for the pool and wasn't there long enough for laundry but otherwise was wonderful "

"Was a descent hotel for one night on Broadway. We used the parking lot next to the hotel. Kind of annoying bc its not very clear on parking price until you get the bill. Not the hotels fault though. Its right next to a homeless shelter but nobody bothered us. There were stains on the floor but all else was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Cable was descent too. This seemed to have the best rates in the area too. "

"Everyone here was very nice. This is the only hotel I have ever seen that will cook you fresh eggs the way you want it. And also makes fresh omelette."

"Nice place, great room, walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops, and Kroger. Fast and easy arrival if you are logging the info in various email messages. I had read a review about pillows being too fat (overstuffed) and quilt being too warm. I agree. I sent a message in advance asking about alternatives, no answer provided. 🙁 Beyond that, all good. "

"Well, first off the bathtub had not been cleaned properly and the floor had a lot of stains left from previous guest. Also it would be more convenient to add the parking value instead of just saying available parking on the website. The staff were great. The overnight front desk was simply awesome. He was very, VERY helpful in resolving our needs as we came in late from dinner. "

"The block in front of the resort was closed. After trying to find a way in we called and corporate didn't want to transfer call but finally did to a rude desk clerk who thought we should know there was connecting hotel on back side. This hotel is also not close to very much. "
