  • This charming home is all set for guests ready to enjoy the fresh air, including an expansive deck, a private gas grill, and access to a private dock. The decor inside is inspired directly by the great outdoors, with handsome floors and touches inspired by the natural world. The luxurious kitchen's stone countertops are sure to inspire cooks to prepare delicious meals during their stay. Equipped with all the essentials, as well as appliances like a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave, you have everything you need to whip up a memorable feast. The downstairs bedroom has been recently updated with a large clothes dresser as well as new window blinds. It also features a desk workspace for those who want to catch up on remote work or school-related tasks. The upstairs bedroom (the main bedroom of the home) occupies the entire second floor, and guests of this room can enjoy a private furnished balcony and en suite bathroom with a rain-style showerhead. At the end of a long day, enjoy winding down while your favorite tunes play over the speakers or while watching either of the TVs equipped with YouTube TV (for live TV), Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and HBO. Sunrise views come standard at this lovely home, which sits just 50 feet away from the Harpswell ocean waterfront.

Great private home

We loved this completely private home. Very accessible for my 87 year old father with a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. Great fire pit area and deck. Loved listening to the loons off the dock.

A great home base in the midcoast

This home has so much potential! The location is gorgeous and a great home base to explore the midcoast. The house needs a little TLC though. Looks like the renovation is still a work in progress and we needed to do some cleaning - especially the outdoor furniture. BUT - mornings on the pier were pretty incredible. Very quite location.

Private, peaceful large house in beautiful woods on a small lake

It is secluded on a private dirt road one mile off Route 1. It is only about 25 minutes to restaurants and sights on the Atlantic coast. Plenty of wild life as we saw turkeys, deer, chipmunks, and bald eagles. Alsi, the loones sign for you every morning and evening. Lived the deck for morning coffee and evening grilling. Owners live close by and fixed something very quickly. We had a great stay!
