「Arrived at 3:08 and did not get into the unit until 4pm due to confusing and insufficient information on listing. Host was helpful once communication was established via text message but that information needs to be easily accesible to client through Vrbo. We had so much fun at the pool which helped us look past human error. But as far as cleanliness… let’s ask the audience」

「The apartment was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Unfortunately the AC was not working and they never got it fixed during our stay. We also had problems with the electronic key pad code.」

It was sweltering outside and everyone was exhausted from the journey—especially the small children—yet we ended up with nowhere to stay; it felt like a scam. After lengthy phone conversations, we were promised a refund; I haven't seen the money hit my card yet, but I hope it gets returned.」

「Apartment is in a well-kept complex ideally located near NRG, medical center, Rice Village. We found the apartment spacious and clean. It was very easy to hear the movements of the upstairs neighbor, so people sensitive to noise might want to consider that. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.」
