「A beautiful property in a stunning location. Perfectly sized for my family of 5. Would have loved to have been able to stay longer. A huge selection of activities and equipment available to try at the property and communication with the owner was terrific. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Wonderful setting, beautiful views. Not near grocery so come well stocked. Lovely coffee yurt a couple miles down the road. The house was as-advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only hiccup was that we never received check-in instructions or an access code despite leaving emails and a voicemail 2 days in advance…so we drove 4 hours to a locked house on a weekend. Thankfully someone picked up when we called from the house and gave us the access code. I’m sure this was not a typical...

「This property has everything you will need for your stay on Harris, exceptionally well presented and equipped. The owners have done everything to ensure that aĺ needs are catered for. The location whilst being remote is extremely peaceful and within easy reach of Tarbert for supplies and the ferry.」

「Joan's house is very spacious, well equipped, and perfectly located within 10 mins walk from the local shops (provisions, crafts and tweed) and the local restaurant, deli, ButtyBus, harbour and lochs. Thee ideal base location from which to explore by vehicle, bike, or on foot. Slept like logs, all of us. Fab kitchen for eating and socialising with friends, with really good decking out back and village and loch views to the front. Gorgeous sunsets, depending on the weather. Stay, relax,...

「The house overlooks Loch Erisort in a beautiful, quiet setting. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished with a better equipped kitchen than is found in many rental properties. We found it a good location for visiting Stornoway, the west coast of Lewis, and Harris. The local area to the south and east is also worth exploring. We had a meal at the local hotel which was pleasant, but, we thought pretty expensive, so wouldn’t really recommend that. 」

Lots of things to do in the area, we were so busy we couldn't find time to spark up the hot tub, alas. All in all, a fabulous week. The agency website doesn't do sufficient justice to the property.」

「We loved this cozy cottage. Quiet and clean. It looks just like the pictures. My wife's favorite spot was the sitting area in the bedroom window. She sat and read enjoyed the sea view. By the end of our stay we had drove all around Isle of Skye. Felt very safe when the storm Floris came through. The house never creaked once. We loved this beautiful countryside and have many pictures and memories to take with us. Thank you for sharing your cottage made our 40th Anniversary a great one.」
