Comfy beds, cold AC, great breakfast. Pool was in the small size. Sunday night we had issues with noisy hallway, we called down to the desk to complain about the noise and was told it’s a late bar night and there’s no curfew. We planned on doing another stay in June for a convention near by but would not stay there due to that Sunday night incident. It was after 11pm, we had small children in our rooms and found it truly inconsiderate and ridiculous that grown adults were allowed to behave like that while people are trying to sleep. I hope your company re evaluate that late bar night/no curfew rule for the sake of other customers who aren’t inconsiderate of those trying to sleep!!!

It is ashamed we had to pay for parking. The Hotel Took $6.00 out of my credit card for 2 days parking. I have never stayed at a Hotel who charged me for parking after paying for rooms.Plus the extra blankets and sheets for the sofa bed was dirty. I had to request clean sheets and blankets.

Everything was good except the room needed some maintenance. The shower had a significant crack in the wall tile and the sliding bathroom doors were difficult to open and noisy The room was clean and good location.

We had a 9 day say in early August with our family. While the property and room were nice. A few maintenance concerns were not addressed during our stay, and I have not received a follow up since arriving back home. Breakfast is mediocre and no variety. 1 or 2 nights this is ok. We got to experience the same breakfast all 8 times. Some days some items were not stocked leaving even less options. Towels and Wash cloths were not always readily available. Had to wait until next morning on a couple occasions. The closet door in our room had screws missing from a hinge so it didn't close properly. The sliding door for bathroom with the shower had a problem with the track making it tougher to open and close. Also, there was some mould around the ceiling. The towel bar in the bathroom with toilet was barely hanging on. There is a power cord that runs under the desk that fell down towards the end our stay that I managed to put back up.\ myself. To top it off they charge $3 per night for parking. Understandable for a downtown hotel with limited parking but, this is just off the highway with no other option for transportation. A simple cash grab is all that is.

Checking was ok. We booked Mobility room and do not get one Rooms are very very outdated and beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast.. what breakfast ? Bunch of kids running around and taking whatever they felt like and no replenahing of food was happening at all and no cream or milk to be found. Didnt even want to try and stay to ask. Very dissatisfied with this property - not a chain of Hilton!

Rooms need to be updated. They have sliding, heavy doors for the bathroom and shower which are separate areas. The first room we went to the handle to the sliding door was broken and it was out of its track and we could not move it easily. The front desk gave us a different room.The furniture needs to be cleaned. The one couch was dirty with stains. Contrary to the sofa, the bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It is also very noisy on the side near I 81. You can hear all the tractor trailers and traffic.

The carpet on the 2nd floor elevator area was badly stained and was coming up with large “bubbles” A person could absolutely fall and get really hurt, our cart kept getting stuck on it. It was a nice place to stay. I would stay again. Just needs some updates.

Property was clean, and room was spacious. What would have made this experience over the top would be complimentary water for each of the guests (only two bottles were provided for 5 guests). Other than than everything was great.
