「We paid EXTRA for a train car room and got a regular room in the hotel. So angry! Will not stay here again AND will probably never use Expedia again!! Third party bookings suck! We were ripped off! The regular room we stayed in was only $200 if booked through the hotel, but Expedia charged us almost $300!! I am livid!!! 」

「Staff was helpful and accommodating. Rooms were cleanish, I travel for work so I bring my own cleaning supplies. Only downfall is you can hear everything around you in your room. Not very well insulated. 」

「Paper thin walls. Was woken up from sound of closing doors from other guests at 4am. Loud hvac unit rattled and buzzed when ac came on. Things id expect from the $60/night stay down the street. 」

「The check in procedure was a bit complicated as the lobby closed at 5 and we were arriving after. I had trouble accessing a digital key. When I called, the person I talked to was very helpful and left us a key in the lockbox. So it all worked out. We would have liked to have had drinking glasses, a dish towel, paper towels in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean and functional. It was quiet. We would stay there again.」

「Staff cared very little for the needs of the guest. The AC in our room sounded like a lawn mower. It kept cycling on and off and didn't even cool the room. We reported this to the front desk and got 0 assistance. In addition, our room was never serviced. When we checked in, there was no information provided indicating that our room wouldn't be cleaned. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. We come to the area several times a year to visit family, but will select another hotel...

「We had a wonderful stay. The staff were amazing. The room was spacious and cery clean. The bathroom was large and very clean. It was also very quiet. We will definitely be back.」

「May have been the BEST water pressure in the shower I have ever experienced in a hotel. The gentleman who greeted us at check in was fantastic. We arrived a couple of hours early and was able to get an early check in. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend it to other travelers.」

「The whole area was very clean and pleasantly smelled clean. The sheet were piling a bit so not up to par in that part but bed was comfortable. Our room was next to the roof so the light coming off was hard to keep out after cutains closed so take a clip to clip curtain closed good. Nice property and so glad they allow pets at a decent rates.」
