We would love to host you in our hilltop retreat nestled in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley just minutes from Massanutten Resort, Skyline Drive, James Madison University and countless four seasons attractions. Whether you’re in town for a collegiate sporting event, vacationing in the area, hiking through on the Appalachian Trail, or just checking out all Virginia has to offer, our space is your perfect home base.

Just steps from our quiet 3BR rowhouse.

We stayed here for JMU Homecoming Weekend. Perfect spot! Lots of room to spread out, cook, and work as needed. Clean. Appreciated the stocked kitchen as well as sundries (like paper towels, toilet paper, spices, etc). Recommend!

Nice single family home

Everything was great with our stay. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and the size of the home was great, quite comfortable, and we had a great experience. Seems like the area is being developed so potentially more homes nearby soon but at the moment it was very quiet.

Thanksgiving visit

Second time we’ve stayed here when visiting extended family. Kelsey was very accommodating. Space is clean and comfy and kitchen is well-stocked. Grateful and will be back for sure!

Nice House

We gathered family from California, N Carolina and Texas for Thanksgiving celebration. The house is located right next to Sunnyside, where grandma lives. The house is about the right size for three adult couples with plenty of linens a kitchen utensils. (There was no cork screw, but there is now ;-))
