The hotel itself was actually pretty decent…..could use a little updating. My only complaint is that they could put a little bit of effort into their “breakfast”…there were 2 cereal choices & Little Debbie snack cakes, but at least there was coffee.

I was in this room less than a hour and noticed there was bedbugs then when I checked out and asked for a refund the manager called me a liar and refused to give me my money back. After his desk employee told me they just sprayed for this problem but were still open !!!

Yes, We have monthly pet control service for prevention. We did not have any bug problem in our room.

DONT OFFER THIS LOCATION EVER!!
I ended up contacting hotels.com because of the filthy mess that was at this location. The representative had no luck in contacting the owner of the property and was hung up on by staff. I was asked to go up to the front desk with my cell phone and no one was there. I managed to grab a manager and he informed me that he would be unable to refund any portion of my money. He said that the owner conveniently left for the day. while on hold with Hotels.com, the manager took me to a different room that was cleaner, but not what I would expect from a property of yours. I am unable to drive in the dark, so I went ahead and took it. Needless to say, I left at 3:30 this morning because I couldn’t stay any longer. Your staff was wonderful and giving me a partial credit for my inconvenience. I would suggest that you take this property off of your list as there were feces around the toilet, food on the floor, beer bottle, lids on the floor, stains on the lamp, shade and just disgustingly dirty in general! It was ridiculous .

Thank You, we moved the guest in different room and she stayed in that room with out any complain. Even front desk moved her in KING bed room with out any additional charges.

For the options available our stay was satisfactory. Could have served a better breakfast. But the beds were clean and comfortable. The heater/air-conditioning worked well. The lobby and waiting area had been redone and it was appealing. The showere in our room had been updated and plenty of hot water for showers.

You get what you pay for which in this case isn't much. It was clean and front desk guy was nice. Otherwise, not much else to say.

This hotel was ok. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the hallway smelled like weed, and they only gave us one towel to start with. It served our purposes, but improvements could have been made.

We already have two towels set in rooms and only two people... still they needed extra towel, we gave one more set. Second If Hallway smelled weed in non smoking property, why did they stayed for two nights????

DO NOT COME HERE. DIRTY AND UNSAFE. The property was very dirty and our first room did not have the bathroom cleaned. Breakfast was little debbie snacks. The room was listed as for 5 but was two double beds and nothing else or room for a rollaway so we had to pay an upcharge for a 3 queen room. People were smoking in the non-smoking halls and our non smoking room smelled bad. When I approached the owner about these issues he said there was nothing he could do about people smoking and by choosing to stay I could not be reimbursed in any way. Yelled at me to never come back. He stated that he gets several complaints a week but does good business so he doesn’t care.

To get refund, He did all drama. When we refused to give any refund, The staff was threaten to give bad reviews. We have some rooms with three beds, we sale those room for 120.00 + tax.

The parking lot trash was over flowing into the sidewalk and the parking lot. Did not feel safe due to people partying in the parking lot

There was trash still in the bathroom. A strange man was at the edge of the parking at night talking to himself and watching motel guests go in and out. Felt very unsafe.

No one complained about strange man to us or police department. Even Mr.Harold room located in the hallway - opposite side of the parking. Second Our property is NON SMOKING property, It is possible guest come out for smoking and talking to someone.

Very tired and worn out hotel
This hotel was not nice. The pictures of it are deceiving. It is very worn and smells terrible. Beds are very hard and pillows are awful.

The floors didn’t feel that safe, some of the floors were soft. The one bed was dirty as I was picking dirt off from it

We did not receive any complain during stay. Generally, nobody stay and sleep in dirty room. Wasting your time to review the stay, you should ask room change and make your stay comfortable.
