“Location was ideal for our visit.”

“I really wanted to give this hotel an excellent. The rooms were huge. The hotel is less than a year old. Beautifully appointed. Lots of staff. Great full breakfast that changed daily. The major downfall is that the room cleaning service dropped off the longer we stayed. We booked the hotel for the four nights, and by the third night, the cleaning staff stopped cleaning the room, only straightening the bed; did not replace towels. When we mentioned it to management, we were told we had to request……

“The room was awesome! Staff was top notch. One star deducted because we just didnt like our bed. It was a memory foam but was way to stiff for our liking.”

“I really enjoyed my stay. I booked the "business" room and it was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Convenient TV already set up for watching Netflix or YouTube and easy to sign into your own account. The bed was comfortable, my only complaint is that the pillows are like 6 little squares instead of just 2 regular size pillows. Not horrible, just not what I'm used to. Next time I will bring my own pillows. I could also hear the guests walking around in the room above mine (218) at 5am and the……

“Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. It was also quiet. I needed to do some laundry while we were at the hotel. And to my surprise there was a laundry basket in our room to use and the washers and dryers were free. No charge to do laundry. Breakfast in the morning was very delicious and clean. Staff was very friendly and my daughter and I noticed how much the staff wiped and cleaned tables, even wiped all the ketchup bottles etc on the tables one by one. Then another lady was……

“Great stay to celebrate a birthday. Staff placed flowers I ordered into the room ahead of time and when we arrived we were surprised with chocolate covered strawberries. The staff were excellent.”

“Never once did a housekeeper come in to the room. We ran out of soap and conditioner in 2 days. The toilet didn’t flush correctly and ran intermittently. No ventilation in the bathroom. No security block on the window and the screen was pushed out. Hallway carpets were filthy.”
