「Front desk check was a breeze. Very friendly staff. Our king room was very clean! Breakfast was adequate, I liked the fact they had trays to take back to the room. Would stay there again.」

「Bed was hard as a rock. The owner was rude to my dad over a deposit then changed his mind about it after seeing us. Was repeatedly going to call about changing locks but never did during a holiday weekend and I barely slept the entire time there despite using sleeping pills and alcohol. Hotel was too close to the road making any vehicle going by another way to wake us up. Was a horrible stay and will not recommend.」

「Room was good. Sink didn't drain well. Shower was rough working. Service is awful. 3 weeks out and still waiting for a refund from overcharge. Booked and paid online through a 3rd party. Then I get to the hotel and the clerk charged my card again for the same amount. Have tried several times making contact with hotel, with no luck. Reached out to corporate, they told me to email the info over and somebody should be in contact with me. Still no luck. Sad. Knew I never should have given this place...

「Newly renovated rooms with mattresses so new, they still have the plastic on them!! Go here, and go here QUICK. EVERYTHING is clean, it shares a parking lot with Culver’s, and the rooms are big enough to host all your relatives in! My top praise is for Karen the 80 year old breakfast attendant! She is an 18 year employee and whips up simply the best meals with a lovely smile and is so kind I want her to join me at every breakfast! THANK YOU COMFORT INN」

「From the moment we approached the front entrance, a staff member rushed to the door to assist us, as my husband was in a wheelchair. They assisted us with our luggage and directed us to check in. The person checking us in Check was very friendly and promptly had us on our way to the room. Breakfast was included and we were pleasantly surprised with their great selection, including freshly made pancakes in-less than a minute, not to mention the coffee was very good. I highly recommend this...

「The stay was great. Pool is bigger than expected and nice. They had a little arcade type room in the pool area and the game music was relatively loud so that was a minus. Breakfast was great, had the full spread, it was a little slow to get coffee machine up and running but it eventually worked. Room was clean bathroom was small and light was attached to the fan making it very loud for the bed next to the bathroom as it can wake you up. Would stay again if ever come back to beaver dam」

「The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.」
