“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“Really enjoyed our stay. Three nights in a very clean, bright and comfortable room. Staff was attentive. Two blocks to subway. Hotel was quiet. Outside, not so much. Could be that we were there during UN General Assembly so lots of sirens and traffic. But that was a NYC thing and not the responsibility of the Hilton on West 57th Club. ”

“We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup.
