“Hosts were above and beyond in their communication with us. Having rented through VRBO a number of times over the years we can say that this house was stocked like nothing we have experienced before. The house was so clean. We love the FairPlay area, got to experience Burro Days and just enjoy the quietness of the mountains! It was just what the family needed. One note: the driveway is a real challenge and the altitude is definitely something you need to adapt to….. but worth the climb!”

“Amazing location, close to downtown. Perfect size for a small group —we were two friends traveling and loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The place was spotless and well maintained. The gas fireplace in the living roomwas a lovely surprise. Although we did not use the gas grill, and the pool/hot tub were closed for routine maintenance, this condo has luxurious amenities that many don’t. The surrounding area has pristine views and magnificent vistas. And great hikes up VERY HIGH……
