“We stayed at one of those tiny homes. It was cute and comfortable for six of us. The only thing is the heater. it got really hot where the queen bed was, but all the other area stayed pretty cold. So some of us were sweating at night but some of us were freezing. Other than that we didn’t have any problems. Had beautiful view of mountains, got to see some deer on the site as well. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay!”

“The cabin exceeded our expectations. It was so cozy and inviting. Pantry was well stocked. We enjoyed the no wifi. It was 6 miles from Eleven Mile Reservoir which is why we were excited to stay there. We fished everyday and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!”

“We had a great stay at the Whimsical Hollow. The property manager went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of during a Mother’s Day snow storm. They contacted us and asked if we needed anything because they were coming by to drop off firewood and some extra sheets and towels. They had the driveway plowed as soon as it was possible. “This property is spacious, clean, well supplied, and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We had several minor maintenance issues that were promptly attended to with friendly service. Snow was cleared promptly each morning that we had snow, but the driveway is hard to get in & out I spent a week with my family members of various ages, and another week with friends. “Great for a family or group of friends, plenty of space in and outside the Cabin.I learned there is a couple ways to get to town but there is no cell signal and your GPS may actually send you down a longer route but Florissant is actually quite close. Cozy Cabin though, plenty of firewood and a fully equipped kitchen.”

“Great option for a family of 15 adults and 4 kids under 5 on a budget. Lots of stairs since it’s two duplexes but baby gates available and keep close eyes on babies. Close to town (minutes by car, a nice walk, or short walk to free shuttle). Bedrooms were clean. Clear instructions for everything. Property manager responded to any concerns within minutes. Would stay again!”
