Quiet Cabin

Easy access to a great location to just get away and relax or for an easy head start on activities in the mountains. The cabin is stocked with the basic supplies and the wood fireplace and hot tub are lovely bonus features. Stayed there a few times and will likely be back.

Amazing cabin!

Amazing little cabin back in the woods. It doesn’t get any more relaxing than your stay here! Mose of our time was spent in the hot tub enjoying the cool breeze. Make sure to bring bug spray.

Stopped in Fairplay after an off-road adventure. Excellent cabin in a great location on our way back home to Aspen. Property manager had incredible communication and was extremely helpful. We hope to be back for a longer stay in the future!

Quiet Mountain Cabin

This was just as described; a quiet retreat in a beautiful mountain setting. Only a few minutes to the town of Fairplay, but we just wanted to hang out at the cabin, relax in the hot tub, and take walks from there. We saw elk, and bear tracks, but no animals themselves. A really nice get-away!

Amazing Cabin Experience In The Rockies

Karen was great. Communication was fantastic. This is exactly what we sought out- rustic, remote, relaxed, and quiet. The hot tub and fireplace were perfect additions. We had everything we needed. We were remote yet only 10 min to Fairplay for anything else necessary. A snow storm on the last day was a perfect ending.

Great stay! The cabin itself was a bit dirty in the bathroom. Make sure you have a good car for off roading to get to and from the property. Lots of pot holes. Amazing views! Quiet! Full kitchen and laundry machines. I highly recommend staying here- we had a blast!

Tranquil Getaway in a cozy cabin

It was so tranquil and peaceful. We got quite a bit of snow while we were there. Snowshoeing, reading by the fire, sitting in the hot tub with the flakes gently coming down. We literally saw 1 person when were out and about. We already want to plan another getaway during the summer to explore the area more and do some hiking and fishing. Great property near to town of Fairplay. Lots of friendly peoole and local reataurants and a well stocked market. Host was in communication prior to the trip to give check in information and let us know about the winter weather. If you are looking for a cozy and quaint getaway, this is your place.

Property was beautiful. Outside was very nice and comfortable. Hot tub was amazing. Inside was not kept well. Counters were sticky, pans in the oven with burnt food on them. Furniture was very large and took up all the floor space. Stove had a large, raised platform that both my husband and I tripped over. It looked like someone lived there and ran out the door as we pulled up. We were disappointed to say the least.
