“We’ve stayed in MANY places in Colorado over the last few years. This is BY FAR the most peaceful with the MOST Spectacular 360 degree views. No matter where we looked it was inspiring and gorgeous. The cabin was clean and had everything we really needed. The peace and silence (except for the wind, birds and occasional chipmunk chirp) shows that the name of this home “Serenity” is perfect. We were lucky enough to be here during a blue moon and we not only got to see amazing Moon rises and sets……

“This is such a a cool vacation spot! Close enough to the mountains to ski or board and so remote and unique. The hot tub was a huge bonus after a long day. Also communication with the hosts was straightforward and timely. You definitely need 4wd and snow tires in the winter if there is snow but we were prepared and it was not a problem.”

“This is a cute, comfortable A-frame cabin. There is a 3 sided wrap around deck with beautiful mountain view’s from all sides! Taking in luggage is easy for the downstairs bedrooms. There are outside stairs to the main level, as well as interior ones. We did not use the loft area, but it was warm during the day when it was warm outside. It was a great private area, with neighbors, but separated by trees. The location is great for visiting many areas! We would highly recommend this cabin and……

“Checkin was seamless. Cabin was a little dirty in some areas, but well appointed. No hair dryer, which was an issue due to such cold temps. Very cute cabin in very scenic area. As advertised, definitely need 4x4 to reach the cabin. What is not explained until you read the house rules printed in the cabin is that snow plowing is rare and no set times. So, if you have plans and are receiving heavy snowfall, you may have to cancel those plans as snow plow timing and availability are not promised.”

“Wonderful home, lot, views, finishing, extras….absolutely great! Note: it is a good 40 min drive to Breckenridge and this property is out in the middle of the mountains that REQUIRES a 4WD in the winter. No “quick trip” to the grocery store. But if you plan ahead, this is absolutely better than staying “in town” and not missing out on all this place offers. We’re planning to go back this summer. Again, just prepare ahead of time with shopping to do meals at home and you won’t even want to leave……
