Despite its serene setting, it is centrally located within walking distance of the Basilica of Bom Jesus. 「Restaurant services were very nice, staff at service were very soft spoken and supportive. But staff at reception were pathetic and arrogant, they think like as you owe to them and will give a damn to serve you. Rooms are very compact and suffocative, windows are opening in corridors. Cleanliness is good. Wi-Fi is also not so appreciative, intermittent disconnections you may find. Overall not recommended to stay.」

「This is my 3rd time staying there. The staff is very responsive and quick to address any issues. They also helped me get taxis at a reasonable rate, something difficult to achieve in Goa. The vegetarian breakfast is free and there is now an adjoining restaurant. The room is clran and the bed very comfortable. I hope to stay there again.」
