「El hotel es excelente, súper cerca del centro, muy buena atención, muy bonito el lugar, desayuno rico a buen precio, las camas muy cómodas solo que la habitación que nos tocó tenía pared de prefabricados, al lago una familia con bebé y niño, se escuchaba su programa de televisión, lo que hablaban, el niño se levantó en la madrugada y todo se escuchaba es lo único que no nos gustó de ahí en fuera todo muy bien 」

「Friendly staff, they helped us organise a taxi to Palenque at very short notice as another taxi company had let us down. Also very supportive when I told them my partner was ill. The breakfast is great if you like eggs and/or meat, sadly I don't eat either so the options were very limited. Great presentation of food though. Easy walking distance into town and felt safe 」

「Está muy céntrico, tiene estacionamiento seguro para el auto, el personal de recepción muy amable te dan opciones de restaurantes y los mejores lugares para comprar. El diseño del hotel muy bonito, las habitaciones limpias y nuevas. El único inconveniente es qué se escucha mucho ruido pero se entiende al ser un lugar turístico y que siempre habrá flujo de personas. Muy recomendable, la calidad precio 10/10, sin duda regresaríamos :)」

「The beds are very hard- like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were incredibly hard/firm. Sleeping on the floor with rocks as the pillow. Entire group of ten all made this comment. Staff is wonderful! Very clean」
