Enjoy swimming and kayaking right from your back door. Want to try Stand up paddle boarding? We can assist you in renting one for your stay and even have it delivered right to your door! This home is situated in a quiet setting close to the bike trail and Harwich Center which offers the Community Center, Brooks Park, public tennis, playground, library, restaurants etc.

Includes recent updates such as kitchen, bathroom, floors, paint, back deck and decor. AC unit in main living area and Queen Bedroom and free WiFi too!

Enter the home through the kitchen with all new cabinets, granite counters, fridge and stove (no dishwasher) to a cozy living area with fireplace. Through the living room is the entrance to the screened in porch. The porch overlooks the pond and has comfortable seating with game table. Enjoy a game of cards or checkers all while taking in the beautiful views.

To the right of the living room is a hallway with the 2 bedrooms and full bath. Bedroom #1 on right has a bunk bed with twin over Queen bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. The bathroom is brand new with tub/shower. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. The bathroom is brand new with tub/shower.

Outside is a spacious deck overlooking the pond with expansive views. It has dining, extra seating, and a gas grill. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower. Come escape to the Cape and create your own special memories at this hide a way on the hill! This Romantic Retreat overlooks the cool waters of Cape Cod and will not disappoint.

The home is located on a dirt road and in a secluded area on the pond. All wheel drive or 4 wheel drive is recommended.

DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 nightly fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation. .
Max parking of cars at property: 2 No parking on lawn anytime.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.

State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner.
