Wir haben hier ein tolles Wochenende verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr ungewöhnlich gebaut, hat aber alles was man braucht. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht richtig warm bekommen, haben wir aber auch wenig genutzt. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr guten Matratzen und die sehr nette Verwalterin. Die Region hat viel zu bieten, wir haben sicherlich noch nicht alles gesehen.

Tolles, ruhiges und sehr gemütliches Häuschen, perfekt für Freunde und Familie bei kleinerem Budget

Wir waren mit Freunden im Urlaub hier und es war wirklich perfekt für den Preis. Das Wohnzimmer mit den vielen Sesseln ist super zum Spielen und die Räume alle groß genug. Auch die Ausstattung in der Küche und an Handtüchern war absolut gut. Die drei Bäder sind auch perfekt für viele Leute. Bei acht erwachsenen Personen wie bei uns müssen allerdings zwei im Stockbett bzw im schmaleren Kinderbett schlafen. War für uns aber kein Problem. Für den Preis darf dann auch mal was nicht absolut neu und hochwertig sein. Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub hier!

Schönes Weihnachten im Regen

Gutes Haus um mit der erweiterten Familie unterzukommen. Gut auch, dass ein Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist, für die Leute die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind. Eine Rettung war ein vollautomatischer Supermarkt eine halbe Autostunde entfernt, wir hatten nämlich Klopapier vergessen mitzubringen. Der Supermarkt hat durchgängig geöffnet, selbst an Feiertagen.

Familienurlaub

Wir waren sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend für alle möglichen Ausflüge. Das Haus selbst bietet genügend Platz für alle. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die vorhandenen Fliegengitter. Ebenso der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Also alles bestens und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Urlaub mal anders wie gedacht

Die Heizung war ausgefallen und konnte kurzfristig nicht repariert werden. Wir waren mit 3 kleinen Kindern da und viel Gepäck und Essen. Da wir einfach nur noch weg wollten, alle durchgefroren waren, haben wir uns entschlossen abzureisen. Auch wenn die Möglichkeit bestand ein anderes Haus zu bekommen,lt. NOVASOL wollten wir das den Kindern nicht zumuten, da es schon spät war. Das Unternehmen NOVASOL, welches dafür zuständig war, war leider nicht kulant. Ich verreise nicht wieder mit NOVASOL. Bisher habe ich diese Erfahrung noch nicht gemacht, wenn ein unverschuldeter Mangel aufgetreten war. Aber man lernt nie aus.

Zufrieden!

Wir haben die Tage zum Jahreswechsel in dem Objekt verbracht. Es ist alles da, was man braucht! Ruhiger Ort, man kann vom Haus direkt in den Wäldern wandern. Das Haus ist etwas älter, aber sauber und gut!

Geräumiges Haus im Südharz

Wir haben mit zwei Familien (4 Erw. & 5 Kinder) insgesamt 7 Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Der Platz war absolut ausreichend mit 4 Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer, 3 Bädern und Küche. Es war sauber und alles Nötige vorhanden.

Nice house and beautiful surroundings

The Harz is a very nice area to explore. You can drive for hours and check out all the beautiful towns. The house is nice, we were with 7 adults and 2 babys and the house was big enough for us all. The house is a bit outdated and could use some renovation here and there ( extremely squeeking floors and the shower and bath could use some work) But the beds are nice. Really comfortable and so are the couches in the living. We had a great stay!
