「I am extremely disappointed as I booked this property for the indoor pool and spa. When we went to use them it was locked. I called reception as they were closed and was told they don’t open it during winter. Perhaps advertise that it’s not open. I could have booked a more modern property for less than I paid for this place. Rooms are very outdated. PowerPoint in bathroom wasn’t even attached to the wall so the wires were showing. I wouldn’t stay here again」

「Stayed in one of the pods and the walking path outside the doors is so noisy you hear everyone all night long. First night a large group were making a lot of noise and woke me up and it went on for quite a while. So if you like quiet it's not ideal. Rooms were adequate. Bed comfy. Bathroom sink is way too small to wash your dishes in let alone stick kettle under tap. 3pm was a bit late for my liking for checkin and the reception closes at 4pm. Was a bit further out of town than what I was...

「Pet friendly, reasonable prices, lovely staff,」

「Staff kindness is fine. Site location is closed to Cowes」

「Very comfort room provided. Parking just infornt of your room ans there are numbers of restaurant just few minutes walking distance for your room.」

「Overall, the room seemed tidy, but the room floor mat was too dirty and the hotel did not provide slippers. I was surprised that it was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no slippers provided. Our family walked around the room barefoot, and the soles of our feet were gray-black. You can imagine how dirty the room floor mats are.」
