"Comfortable sized room and bathroom, slight smell but could have just been from the location of the window as there were other strong city smells nearby. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location is perfect for those who enjoy food and shopping, and the hotel is situated between two Family Marts a block away. "

"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

"Small room cluttered with dehumidifier, trouser press, portable air conditioning unit, even though the room is air conditioned. Also large chair, taking up a lot of room. Only three clothes hangers. Vibration and noise of people walking late at night in room above. Uncomfortable small double bed, every time one person moves the bed shakes. Very little sleep had."
