Discover the perfect coastal retreat in this spacious three-bedroom home, complete with Wi-Fi for your convenience. The main bedroom features an ensuite, while all bedrooms and both lounge rooms are equipped with TVs for entertainment. Enjoy the comfort of two expansive open-plan living areas, each opening onto wide timber balconies where you can unwind and take in the serene surroundings.

Located just 300 meters from Hat Head Beach and a short 350-meter stroll to the Bowling Club and restaurant, this home is perfectly positioned for beachside relaxation and local exploration. The open-style kitchen and dining area make meal preparation a breeze, and a third shower and toilet downstairs add extra practicality.

With thoughtful touches like a dishwasher, gas BBQ, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and upstairs lounge room, and even a sofa bed in the downstairs lounge, this property is designed for your comfort. Minutes from the beach and the tranquil Hat Head Creek, it’s an ideal getaway for families and friends alike.

Additional features include a bathtub, boat parking, covered outdoor areas, outdoor furniture, a DVD player, a garage, multiple TVs, and a washing machine. Everything you need for a memorable stay awaits!

Please Note: 'Hat Head Holiday House' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths, etc. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dishwashing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Please note that the free wifi internet is not to be used for illegal downloading or filesharing and is subject to a monthly usage quota after which data may be shaped to a lower speed. Weekend stay with 8 adults

The house was beautiful, in a great location. There was obvious spots where it had not been cleaned when we pulled the sofa bed out. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, we would definitely stay again but would bring an extra mattress to put over the top. The upstairs double bed had a sharp piece of metal just sticking out that my husband cut his hand on while we making the bed. Overall it was a really enjoyable stay, would recommend to others and would stay again.
