This is my second stay in Monkham. As a frequent traveler to Hat Yai for both work and leisure, i will rate this as my favorite and top choice and value for the price tag with quality and luxury services!

There was a break in this room door, which unfortunately caused a minor cut and bleeding on my finger. Aside from that, the stay was overall excellent, with beautiful and clean rooms. I still highly recommend this hotel. You can choose to pay either rm100 or 1000 baht for deposit.

Had been to Hat Yai for past 8 years and this is the most 5-stars hotel and value for that price class hotel I even stayed. Staff services are dedicated and even the security guards make sure my car parked nicely. Staff will greets whenever you meet along corridor everywhere. Room is comfortably warm with all areas considered except the TV reception is no good. I don’t watch anyway. No issues

Wouldn’t choose to stay here again

The rooms are basic, with little amenities compared to other hotels we stayed in within Thailand. The pool is freezing, and the bar service took 30 minutes to make 2 of the same cocktail! My main meal I ordered came raw (it was meant to be cooked pork) which was not ideal. The prices were expensive and not much around it other than a 7/11. Hotel staff all nice though.

This is my third time staying in this hotel. It is comfortable and clean, helpful and friend staff. The room is big, the toilet is also big, the breakfast time and check out time is 1pm. There is a cafe and garden opposite.

Can recommend if in Hat Yai area

New modern hotel. Lovely pool and bistro. Good food. Downsides: 1)not much around the area of the hotel (stayed on a Sunday, maybe a lot closed). 2) bolster pillow on bed really didn't suit us. Haven't seen one of those for many years! Would stay again if in the area.
