Older hotel that is showing it's age. However, the staff, with their great customer service, make up for what the property is lacking. Comfortable bed, firm mattress, good wifi. Short walk from the train station.

Budget and clean hotel

Old but they are in the midst of renovating the rooms. Clean and peaceful area. Would recommend for this price range.

Its a great stay here, near to train station 3 min walk, lee garden plaza 3 min walk, hatyai walking street event 1 min walk (only available on certain date), 7E 3min walk, hameed restaurant 4 min walk and lots of hawker n souvenir shop near by 3min walk.....and most importantly its cheap and front desk lady can speak malay....recomended for those who are not fussy with elegent accomodation....worth the price.....

This hotel desperately needed an upgrade.Bathroom is located outdoor and the condition is horrible. Grayish towels and sheet， also smell smoke coming in our room all night long . I know it’s a budget hotel, I don’t expect much, but this is beyond bad.

Super location, a short walk to eateries, massage, pedi mani, Kim Yong market, Lee gardens etc. There's a lift and hot water dispenser at the G floor. Curbside parking available 1st come 1st get. The property is very old and has a leaking problem. Floor was wet and got worse. Walls are thin so can hear/smell neighbours, cigarette smoke made sleep difficult and after complaining, same. Some rooms are without windows and it's terrible with the damp floor and foul air. Beds and pillows are old and flat, can feel the springs in your bones. If u don't plan to be in or sleep much, it's fine.

Stay at level 6. When booked it mention shared toilet but actually the toilet is located at balcony - acceptable. Strategic location with reasonable price. Room equipped with aircond and medium size fridge. Like it very much. And able to sleep well

Totally disappointed with the Expedia and this property. I booked and paid for triple room with balcony and window but upon given was given double room with extra bed and no window and bathroom outside. The room was not the same as shown in expedia. This is my worst experience travelling in hatyai. I had experienced booking this hotel and I very sure how the triple room looks like. This is my last time staying this hotel as the management lacks business ethics. Highly not recommended u will be disappointed!

Wir haben in diesem Hotel ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Als wir dort ankamen, haben wir festgestellt, dass es im Zimmer kein Fenster gibt. Es gab aber dafür keine Information in der Beschreibung. Wir haben in diesem Hotel nicht übernachtet, sonder in der Umgebung ein anderes Hotel gebucht.
