「Loved the Black Walnut Inn. I would love to go back. The rooms are lovely. Breakfast is delicious. A very generous spread. Self-serve tea and coffee is available at all times in the dining room area. There are also treats one can help oneself too. Chocolate chip cookies our first day and molasses cookies the second. Meghan bakes the best cookies. Seriously, the best. The owners are very warm. If we visit Amherst again, staying here would be our first choice. Thank you.」

「Main problem I had was the people staying up stairs over Me was the stomping when walked all night. Had problem sleeping with me noise. I even went up stairs and asked if they could normal and the answer I got waz to mind my own business. When I come back I want a third floor room.」

We had a balcony view which looked onto the parking area. There’s a hospital across the street and during the night we heard very loud helicopter noise overhead. 「The hotel itself is very beautiful,peaceful and clean.the staffs are beyond nice and very helpful.the pool wasn’t available because they’re fixing up the pool side but other than that everything else was perfect.breakfast is always good and the hotel is very quite and peaceful.it was my second time staying there and I will be coming back again in July.」
