"What an amazing time we had in this place. I thought my country Colombia was the happiest place in earth but I must say it’s D.R . Wow from the 1st person to the last person you get eyes contact I mean wow what an energy . They always so cheerful with a big genuine smile professional, kind people ,We are so ready to come back. We already miss everyone. If you happy , sad, married, divorced, single, you must come here. The place is the definition of paradise. The entertainment people are our favorites they do a fantastic job everyday I wish I have their energy. You won’t get bored here at all there’s so many activities during the day if you don’t know how to dance or speak Spanish you leave this place like a Latino. Thank you so much agin for everything. With God favor hope we come back. God bless yall . The only part that was sad my room was not decorated for anniversary and that we have to go back home lol"

"Customer service and front desk staff including the manager very unprofessional. Even though checking time was 3pm my room was not ready till 3:45pm. My paperwork was done earlier than 3pm since I arrived there about an hour earlier than the check in time. After completing my paperwork front desk personnel requested me to come and pickup room keys at 3pm. When I showed up at 3pm, they told me that my room was not ready. I checked out at 11:45am and I was informed “you just made it” since official check out time is 12 noon. That means if I am late they will charge me for delay check out. I have gone many resort vacations and this is the worst resort ever. There was no taste in Buffet food. Very difficult to make reservations for 3 restaurants they have for dinner. We had 13 of us in our group and everyone felt the same way about this. I haven’t seen many people going to the beach for swimming since it was dirty and water was in brown color. Alcoholic beverages they served were terrible. I am not sure how they got “5 Star” rating for this hotel/resort. I wouldn’t give them more than 3 stars for it. I can’t say anything positive about this hotel and won’t recommend anyone to go there."

"The resort is set up in a garden where you find several swimming pools, a basketball shoot place, a nice beach with several options. You can paddle, canoe, banana tug, excursion desk, really a paradise! Regarding food you have your choice according to the hour you are in the different hours daily. I recommend the buffet restaurant that has themed days every day. The rooms are large and air conditioned, with a nice bed, a good tv and fan ceiling. My husband and me enjoyed our stay. It’s great for families with kids, reunions or a very nice holiday! The lobby is also well maintained and the staff is very polite and welcoming."

"This resort was very quiet and peaceful everywhere but in the rooms. Throughout the day, from early morning to late evening, you hear the carts going back and forth from the workers. As well as them laughing and talking in the halls. The entertainment people that we normally see all throughout the resorts were not around. We saw them one day at the snack area with games, but had to actually ASK to play the games with them. There was four of them at the table talking amongst each other. The buffet had a variety of decent food. We tried the restaurants, but still ended up going to the buffet. The staff was friendly. They don't cater to the customers, but will assist if asked. I'm not a partier, but enjoy people watching as they dance and have a good time. There wasn't a lot for me to watch here. It wasn't a bad resort, it just was not the fun vibe that we are used to."
