"En la vida nada es perfecto pues nadie lo es...Siempre va a haver cosas en las cuales mejorar. Escoji mi estadia en este hotel basandome en varias cosas que buscaba y Viva Miches lo tenia...Hotel nuevo con aire frio y cuarto limpio, Montana, playa sin oleaje y sin sargaso, tranquilidad pero a la vez diversion ...y el hotel me dio todo todo lo que buscaba. Siempre vas a encontrar algo que comer, la bebidas para mi estuvieron ricas y refrescantes. NO Ponen cerveza en la nevera como dicen algunos que para mi no es importante y si te dan una botella de champana o vino y chocolates de bienvenida( para mi gusto mucho mas fino.) Gente atenta amable, que te dan buen servicio si descansar dan su todo y eso vale...en Punta Cana dando propina te sirven con mala cara ...el trato jamas sera como el de Miches ...todos los empleados merecen propina pues no paran de trabajar...quede impresionada.( si de viernes a domingo se llena y los huespedes muestran poca considerasion dejando basos y platos tirados...por todos lados....pero vez a los empleados como esclavos recogiendo)... Quizas no haya cupo para todos los restaurantes y haya que mejorar eso pero tampoco me molesto.. Mi familia y yo quedamos encantados volveria de nuevo. Vi tantas comentarios negativos que me preocupaba ir...pero MICHES me resivio con mucho carino. Gracias lo difrutamos los 5"

"I had An amazing time here for my birthday vacation. There is a lot of friendly staff, unfortunately I didn’t realize that your braclet doesn’t work for all the restaurants except the buffet. Literally the only downside was the buffet food and everything else was amazing."

"We had a great time!! The staff was exceptional. The property and beach is like nothing I have ever seen. The food was good. The only problem that we encountered was with the electricity in our room and around the property. We couldn’t plug things in the bathroom because it was cause for the room to lose electricity. Thankfully the breaker box was inside our room and was easily restored. Other than that (which I hope they fix) it was great! Shout out to the employees who made it a great experience. "

"The cleaning staff always stocked our mini fridge and the room was swept and mopped everyday. Job well done by the cleaning staff. My only complaint about the hotel would be the lack of water pressure in the shower. It would come out as if the water handle was only half way open. We spoke to the front desk and the issue was fixed for one day. The next day it was back to its original pressure. Food was decent with varying options from day to day. Occasionally, at Las Olas food bar, the food was over cooked. Other than that, a wonderful stay. Lots of activities (water zumba, jenga, all white party, Dominican culture dance). The beach was lovely as well. I took engagement photos. The front desk was nice enough to put me in contact with a gentleman to take my pictures and they came out lovely. They also were able to get me some Dominican fried chicken( Pollos Victoria) from an hour away! They aim to please. :) "

"The service was nothing like I've experienced before, I felt like a king at the resort. There were plenty of activies at the resort. Plus, you can book events outside the resort and most provide transportation to and from the event.The rooms are very nice and modern with updated light and controls. I would recommend getting a room with a swimout pool becuase the pool close at 6 PM. With the swimout pool, you can hang in the pool any time. Im definitely going back!"
