"Room was clean and very well organised for you will need and make sure you read the description which was very thoughtful and helpful. Staff was excellent, breakfast was great and delicious, room decor really well put. Wi-Fi didn't work for us ,but that wasn't a problem,and because it's west side taxi/uber/indrive all will negotiate price higher. I would recommend book with hotel car for day it's well priced and will save you a lot of negotiations time :) at the end hotel deserve it's praise and...

"Booked private tours through the hotel with Hany before we arrived he is an absolute gentleman. Couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely recommend booking through him. The tour guide we had was mairead (probably spelt wrong) was extremely knowledgeable and lovely as was Michael our driver. The hotel is undergoing renovations but that can’t be held against them. We were in room 402 with a front Nile view and it was amazing. We got to watch the sunset every night and would have sun on the balcony in the afternoons The food in the main restaurant for breakfast was very good with a good selection as was the buffet at dinner We ate in Beban their Italian it was ok but to be honest the food in the buffet was nicer Good sandwiches in the Lotus cafe Any staff we encountered were always polite and helpful special shout out to the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room daily and did an excellent job Would highly recommend and hopefully we will be back"
