「室内が綺麗に見えて汚かったです。。。お布団もカビ臭かったので、主人は使わずに寝てました。お皿もベタつきありで、何度も洗い直しました。洗剤がきっと中身と外見が違う気がします。油汚れの落ち具合が悪過ぎました。ただ、宿泊に際しての対応は早くて丁寧で良いと思います。二度目はないと思いますが、ありがとうございました。」

「施設の綺麗さはすごくよかったのですが森が近くにあるのもあって外と中に虫が居ました。虫嫌いな方は気をつけて下さい。中の広さは申し分無いです。虫嫌いなのでその点だけでした。あと外でバーベキューしていて夜10時に音楽を携帯で流していたら林の奥の方が文句を言って来ました。気をつけて下さい。ちなみに携帯の音量はMAXではなかったのでそんなに大きくはなかったのですが静かな地域なので聞こえたのかと思います。すごくいい施設でした。来シーズンもリピートします。」

"We had an amazing stay at Hakone Hotel Kowaki-en. Since its recent renewal, the hotel feels incredibly modern, clean, and welcoming. The highlight was definitely the open-air hot spring on the top floor—soaking in the onsen while taking in the stunning mountain views was pure bliss. The buffet was another pleasant surprise; both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of fresh seafood, sashimi, and even free-flowing drinks. Location-wise, it’s highly convenient as the bus stop is right in front of the property. The staff were attentive, and the overall ambiance was peaceful. It's an excellent half-board choice for anyone looking to unwind in Hakone. Highly recommended!"
