Amazing house.

We absolutely loved the house. I have rented 4 houses in the Outer Banks in the last 8 months and this one was just spectacular. The theater room and game floor is amazing. Everything about the house was perfection. I would definitely rent it again.

HI Getaway

This was a phenomenal property. It offered. Everyone in our group (ages 80 to 13) something to do and made everyone comfortable. The entertainment amenities like the pool, game room, and movie theater were all heavily used. The views from the deck and living areas were stunning. Only shortfall was a lack of kitchenware (bigger pots/pans!barware). It was hard to cook for a big group with little post and pans. We'll be back.

Great property

Great location and amazing home. However, I was amazed that the home needed some repairs given it was only two years old. Few examples: hot water systems inadequate for size of home, wifi was not operating upon arrival, kitchen ice makers didn’t work, one dishwasher wasn’t working, drapes in several bedrooms were off rods, theater room equipment had some broken wires so it was difficult to hook up game system, sliding doors Need maintenancehot tub cover was water logged and therefore very heavy and cosmetic items such as loose towel rods.

Best home I've Ever Stayed in!

This is by far the nicest place me and my family have ever stayed in. Everything in it is just absolutely gorgeous!! My husband loved lounging on the decks overlooking the ocean, and the views are just incredible! Our kids loved the theater room, and all the decor and furnishings are just gorgeous. We can't wait to come next year!
