「A bit off the beaten path but served it's purpose. First time booking premier inn on Expedia and had issues with a cancellation that Premier Inn was not wanting to correct. I have used Premier Inn a lot personally and for my business, but due to this frustration with their handling of a the cancellation request, I will be rethinking booking with them in the future.」

「This lovely little pub/hotel punches well above its weight in terms of quality and value. Very engaging staff team providing a comfortable stay, nothing too much trouble. Restaurant food was superb and so much better than the homogeneous chain hotel fare. Convenient for stroll into town and a few metres from the racecourse/parkrun. 」

「Super overnight stay, our hostess was extremely welcoming and friendly. The property is situated in the countryside very quiet how we like it. There are a few pubs five to ten minutes away that serve excellent food. 」

「The room was clean and well-presented. There was no noise from the road and the staff were very friendly and helpful. . We ate in the restaurant and the food arrived hot and promptly. Would eat there again. This was the old Ramada Kenilworth - worth remembering because the sign on the roundabout still refers to it as that and it has its own exit. Excellent dual carriageway links to Coventry. If all the rooms have been renovated to the same standard as ours, the bad reviews should soon be a thing...

「Comfy bed, staff were very helpful, good location. There is club on bottom floor, something to watch out for. It wasnt a big deal for me as i had ear plugs.」

「No air conditioner, a bit noise, and not close to city center. But environment is good, room is over all not bad.」

「Lovely amenities. The games room and pool made it enjoyable even with the weather being horrid. Loved the little touches like small water bottles and biscuits in the room. Only downside was the shower being a bit tricky to control.」
