「Stedet har et stort potensiale men noen små detajler dro litt ned, som manglende nattbordslamper/leselamper på soveværelsene. Likeledes manglet det gardiner/persienner på verandadør (litt ubehagelig siden man passere fra soverommet). Savnet også en lenestol fordi sodaen er uheldig plassert i forhold til tv. Når dette er nevnt så er vi alt i alt veldig fornøyd med stedet og oppholdet. 」

「Obwohl die Hütte bei unserer Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber war, haben wir eine sehr gute Zeit in diesem schönen Haus in traumhafter Umgebung verbracht! Der Blick ins Tal ist einfach unvergleichlich! Schade, dass die Lifte nach Ostern nicht mehr in Betrieb waren und wir 50 km ins nächste Skigebiet zurück legen mussten, um Skilaufen zu können.」

「Very beautiful house just like the pictures on the website. Wonderful view over the valley and ideal for skiing and having a white christmas. Everything you need is there: enough dishes, cutlery, towels etc. - even spices, salt, oil and so on. What we missed were some hooks for clothes in some rooms or a commode. 「If you read various new travel guides you will find nothing good. But that doesn't do Hovden justice, because it was the starting point for many wonderful hikes for us. Our holiday home was excellent with a sauna, which helped us get our muscles functional again. Thanks to the very well equipped kitchen, we were able to cook for ourselves. 「We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin with a view of the lake. The cabin has everything you need, is very clean and beautifully decorated, and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. It was cold, wet and windy our entire stay but we still enjoyed a canoe fishing trip on the lake and many wonderful nearby hikes.」

「Flott opphold, men savnet mulighet for en kopp kaffe, både sent på kvelden når vi ankom, og før frokosten startet (frokosten var ikke før kl. 08:00. Vi kom sent (22:00) og spurte om noe mat.
