Wir haben hier sehr schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht. Sowohl die komplette Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung, die freundlichen Vermieter und die kurzen Fahrtwege zum See haben uns sehr gefallen. Ausflugstipps: Piratenschatzsuche auf dem Altmühlsee und Sommerrodelbahn Pleinfeld

Ferienwohnung überteuert - Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, nicht empfehlenswert

Das Objekt in der kleinen Ortschaft Gräfensteinberg liegt weit weg vom Schuss in mitten einer hügeligen Umgebung. Alles schräg, so dass sogar das Aufsteigen auf ein Fahrrad zum Abenteuer wird. Der Zugang zum viel zu kleinen Fahrradschuppen (für 4 Personen und 4 Räder definitiv zu klein) ist nur über Treppen erreichbar, so dass man die Räder tragen muss. Stromanschlüsse für Ladegeräte sind im Schuppen ebenfalls nicht vorhanden.Die angepriesene Gartenbenutzung ist nur theoretisch möglich, da das Gelände stark abschüssig ist. Klopapier und Küchenrolle waren nicht ausreichend vorhanden und mussten auf eigene Rechnung nachgekauft werden. Die schwerer zugänglichen Ecken der Wohnung sind beim Putzen und Saugen ausgespart worden. Ein zusätzliches Ärgernis waren die geforderten 200,- Euro Kaution, die zu Beginn des Aufenthalts fällig waren. Zurück erstattet wurde die Kaution fast 14 Tage!!! später. Alles in allem hätte ich mir bei diesem Preisniveau mehr erwartet. Weiterempfehlen kann ich diese Ferienwohnung keinesfalls.

Nicht zufrieden

Voraussetzung für unsere Reise war eine Sauna, bei der Ankunft wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass die Sauna gegen Gebühr ist. 2€ kosten 48min, beim ersten Gang braucht die Sauna erstmal 30min um auf 50 Grad zukommen. Uns wurde gesagt, wir sollen 15 min vor Ankunft telefonisch Kontakt aufnehmen, damit die Dame mit den Schlüsseln rechtzeitig da ist. Die Dame mit den Schlüsseln meinte dann, dass man 1 Stunde und 15 min früher anrufen soll. Wir haben da mit Baby gestanden und gewartet, bei der Schlüsselübergabe kam die Dame dann auch mit Kleinkind und Baby an, was ich persönlich unprofessionell finde. Man bringt seine Kinder nicht zur Arbeit mit. Dort angekommen waren die Betten nur für 2 Personen bezogen, obwohl für 4 gebucht wurde. Das Babybett ist ständig eingefallen, somit musste unser Kind bei uns im Bett schlafen, da es sonst rausklettern bzw. rausfallen hätte können. Das W-LAN hat nicht funktioniert, die WII Konsole hat keine CD's gelesen und war somit auch nicht nutzbar. Zu guter Letzt, war die Küche komplett in die Jahre gekommen, die Spülmaschine hat nicht richtig gespült und man musste immer mit den Händen nachspülen. Erholung war das nicht. Für das Geld haben wir mehr erwartet.

Tolle Wohnung mit außergewöhnlichen Details

Wur sind gemeinsam mit den Großeltern und unseren 3 Kindern unter 4 Jahren für eine Woche an den schönen Brombachsee gefahren. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und man ist mit dem Auto schnell am See gewesen und in der nächsten Stadt. Die Wege sind kurz und die Landschaft sehr schön. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert und wieder einen Besuch wert. Vielen Dank an die freundlichen Gastgeber und die nette Kommunikation. Herzliche Grüße von Familie Schindewolf
