“Nous avons passé deux belles semaines au milieu des vignes dans lesquelles nous avons pu nous balader. L endroit est tres calme, ideal pour le repos. La piscine est grande et il y a également d autres équipements dans le grand jardin, comme un filet de badmington, une table de ping pong... Catherine et son epoux sont à l ecoute et tres discret. L'hebergement est simple avec les equipements suffisants. Nous le recommandons :)”

“Le gîte Martin est spacieux et conforme au descriptif. L'équipement et la propreté sont irréprochables, La literie est très bonne et la vue sur les vignes magnifique! Les terrasses et surtout la piscine sont superbes. Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables à 7 personnes (4 adultes et 3 enfants). Isabelle et Jean-Paul sont des hôtes très agreábles, discrets, mais présent lorsqu'on a besoin d'un conseil. La région est trés belle et il y a foule d'activités possibles.”

“De ontvangst door Patrick was buitengewoon hartelijk, een rondleiding in het huis liet gelijk zien dat aan alles is gedacht. Het huis is ruim, mooi ingericht en heerlijk koel op warme dagen. In de royale tuin is het heerlijk rustig, je kunt er op diverse plekken zon of schaduw vinden. Het zwembad is heerlijk! Patrick heeft een mooi overzicht gemaakt in een mapje van wat er allemaal in de omgeving te beleven is en hoever dat is. Wij zijn er drie weken geweest en hebben genoten!”

“Our third visit in 10 years :-) The house is in a peaceful lane, backing onto grape vines, on the edge of the pretty little Gironde estuary village of Mortagne sur Gironde. Huge garden, not overlooked. Great pool, Fantastic (new) big charcoal bbq, outdoor seating. UK FreeSat TV. WiFi is quite weak as it’s a very rural area, so wouldn’t recommend if you want to do any work on a PC during your visit. “...hatten wir in der bezauberndwn Unterkunft von Madame Papa. Das Haus war einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Vermietern war wirklich super nett und sehr darum bemüht uns einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Auch uns hat sie mit ihren selbstgebackenen Keksen verwöhnt. Der Pool war super und die Umgebung mitten in den Weinfeldern grossartig. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!!”

“We primarily visited the area to cycle and to enjoy the wildlife - neither disappointed.We cycled just over 600 miles on extremely quiet roads and paths through varied landscapes.After a days cycling the swimming pool was a real plus.The owners Howard and Liz are on hand with a wealth of local knowledge and treated us with views of wild boar from the patio. The bike was garaged and nothing was too much trouble.We will return.”

“We enjoyed a week in this gite - two adults and two teenagers (1518). It’s located quite close to Bordeaux, in the middle of a wine yard - very peaceful and quiet. It had everything we needed. Communication with owner was very easy and they were very helpful and attentive to our needs and wellbeing.”
