Lage sehr schön aber das hausboot in einem sehr ungepflegt Zustand; Treppe zur dach Terrasse aus der Halterung gerissen, Geländer links auf der Dachterrasse sehr gefährlich lose , Wasser der Dusche lief nicht ab 300 gram Haare aus dem Ablauf geholt, Scheiben dreckig sowie das Boot komplett von außen voller spinnfäden, rauchmelder abgebaut , Bettlaken Löcher, gasgrill völlig verdreckt nicht nutzbar erst nach Reinigung von mir , einfach im Kühlschrank völlig vereist müsste mal abgetaut werden damit die Klappe wieder schließt etc . Die Lage und Aufteilung super
