“Ideal location if visiting the Basillica. No frills hotel, but very clean and beds are comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful. Restaurant has very weird hours (no food between 3 pm and 7 pm) and restaurant staff is mixed; one waiter was quiet but very helpful but another was quit rude and acted unhappy to be serving Americans. There are many other restaurants around (the grille across the street had good food and very friendly staff)—but many of them are closed during the “off……

“The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of……

“雖然離主要景點都很近，但是以飯店的價格（套房35平方公尺，近300歐元），還是會覺得沒有這麼有價值。房間乾淨。早餐的環境不是很理想，選項也不多，飯店的員工雖然人很親切，但是感覺沒有經過太多訓練，每個人都不太知道在幹嘛。”

“風景很美，打開窗口就剛好對著教堂，整個小鎮的氣氛非常平靜。感覺真棒。但飯店隔音不太好，可能是因為飯店本身是座老建築。早餐東西不多，但很精緻。”

She is very kindly to everyone stay here. especially give the help for my friend (she is first time go abroad). and I've got a quiet place to pray in my pilgrimage step. It is a nice and beautiful experience at Lourdes. I hope to come back here again in the future. and hope my Lord bless them with each things at Lourdes.”

“Staff are very pleasant. The room was spotless. The breakfast had many varieties and was plentiful. The building is modern and well decorated. It is a 5 min walk to the Grotto and the church. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The only downside is that we asked for a taxi to Lourdes airport and it was 50 Euro. That was more than the ticket I paid for my flight! That's a rip off!!!”
