“Excelente experiencia.”

“沖涼不夠熱水”

“Fantastic location for the grotto and shops. Decent brasseries a ten minute walk away. Helpful staff, especially the lovely Italian girl who gave us all the info on arrival and a free room upgrade. The only fault of the hotel (which is lovely Art Deco style - slightly faded grandeur) is the food. Don’t pay the extra for breakfast - just go out to a cafe nearby (e.g. the one at Hotel Saint Saveur, one minute away) and have an omelette. So much cheaper and tasty too. Ten minute walk up the hill is……

“Friendly and nice staff. Clean and spacious rooms”

“Great location, easy walk to the sanctuary. Great view from our room’s balcony, Pyrenees mountain at far, river right below, very relaxing. Staffs are nice. Clean lobby, room, and beds. Thank you for the great staying experience!”

“風景很美，打開窗口就剛好對著教堂，整個小鎮的氣氛非常平靜。感覺真棒。但飯店隔音不太好，可能是因為飯店本身是座老建築。早餐東西不多，但很精緻。”

“Staff were very friendly. However the room grid not have the basics…. Kettle or tea etc. we had to request & go get it ourselves. Additionally the intercom was not working”

“We really appreciate their hospitality”

“Malfunctioning room keys provided more than one time. Room footage is to small. The bathroom space is the worst.”

“雖然離主要景點都很近，但是以飯店的價格（套房35平方公尺，近300歐元），還是會覺得沒有這麼有價值。房間乾淨。早餐的環境不是很理想，選項也不多，飯店的員工雖然人很親切，但是感覺沒有經過太多訓練，每個人都不太知道在幹嘛。”

“Clean room.breakfast was delish!staff were great!”

“Dirty room with hair on the bed at the first time we enter the room. The breakfast is very simple with mostly bread. The location is extremely far away with no transportation to reach there.”

“Hôtel très agréable. Idéalement placé. Le personnel est très accueillant.”

“近火車站，到聖地也很近。早餐比較一般。工作人員友善。”

“I'm very~appreciat to the boss of Residence--Elisabeth. She is very kindly to everyone stay here. especially give the help for my friend (she is first time go abroad). and I've got a quiet place to pray in my pilgrimage step. It is a nice and beautiful experience at Lourdes. I hope to come back here again in the future. and hope my Lord bless them with each things at Lourdes.”

“位置非常好，很近，直行就是大教堂。Services is very good. Dinner is cheap and good.”
