She is very kindly to everyone stay here. especially give the help for my friend (she is first time go abroad). and I've got a quiet place to pray in my pilgrimage step. “We were automatically booked into Mercure Impérial but were very disappointed with the rooms. They were smaller and cramped. Night reception staff wasn’t helpful when we enquired. ”

“The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of……

“Staff are very pleasant. The room was spotless. The breakfast had many varieties and was plentiful. The building is modern and well decorated. It is a 5 min walk to the Grotto and the church. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The only downside is that we asked for a taxi to Lourdes airport and it was 50 Euro. That was more than the ticket I paid for my flight! That's a rip off!!!”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were allowed to use our room right away. There was an elevator to go up. They offered a great 9 euro breakfast that was good value and convenient. My only complaint was disposable items like cups - would be even better with reusable cups and glasses. Very good value for the money and steps away from the train station.”
