"5 mins walk to radhanagar beach. The staff at the hotel are on top of requests and are attentive. The property is clean but for the price, rooms need a bit of a revamp to brighten up the space. Room service menu too needs an update. "

"Very bad experience! All rooms smelly, water leaking into the rooms, no clean towels, bathroom wires were open. Worst experience i ever had in my life. I booked for 2 days but i checked out on first day only because of these hell of experience. So requested refund for my 2nd day."

"High end hotel for Havelock, no wifi in the rooms, wake up call at 0810 (not pre booked) for breakfast. Pasta salad at Dinner wasnt pasta salad but pasta with vegetables in white sauce with cheese. Air con switched off at certain times, reception staff not welcoming. Kitchen staff/ front of house very good. Cleanliness excellent. "

"The property advertises amenities that it doesn't provide (the manager says they are planning to provide them in the future), which is unprofessional. They advertise laundry facilities, gym, terrace, swimming pool (swimming pool was present but had dirty water) but do not deliver. I made the booking through Expedia (and was promised Free Breakfast) but was declined by the hotel. The manager of the hotel was also very unaccommodative, and stayed adamant. The staff at their restaurant is nice...

"The location of the hotel is really lovely and pleasant on the shores of the beach/sea, but the rooms given to us were in conditions, worth for zero rating on any count, except the sitout area. But the staff are good and very responsive. The restaurant and the breakfast was just o.k. We booked online two rooms called VIP rooms. But in the hotel management view, that might be ' VIP = Very Inferior People'. That was the conditions of the rooms we were allocated. Nothing more to say on it. Against...
