Lovely country setting only moments from Havelock North - property is spacious and plenty of parking.
A few things are in need of repair tho didn’t affect our stay particularly - lights in one bedroom not working, lock on kitchen slider window broken and the like.
Beds were comfortable and linens clean with enough supplies for cooking and towels etc.
Water pressure for showers and washing up was weak for the last night and morning of check in tho perhaps due to sprinklers for grass running at the main house?
Otherwise great stay and host very contactable when we needed - thanks Tim :)

Wonderful cottage in a quiet, peaceful environment.Amenities were modern and new, and very easy to use.The amount of Pukeko's around were a great plus, too.Highly recommended and we would love to stay here again in the future.
