Apartment126 is a brand new apartment for a single person or couple seeking privacy and a bit of luxury in Hawke’s Bay wine-country, specifically walking distance to Havelock North Village. The property is a fully furnished 72 sq. meter 2-story modern apartment with three outdoor spaces – a patio, terrace and balcony. Downstairs is a lounge with large screen TV & gas fire, a full kitchen plus ½ bath. Upstairs bedroom includes 180º wrap-around balcony and adjoining en suite with separate shower and bath. Apt.126 also has a off-street parking, a private entrance, a private terrace for outdoor dining, a "morning coffee" patio and a 180º balcony off the bedroom w/ a view over Guthrie Park’s green space. Apt. 126 is a vaccine passport guest only property.

Apt. 126 is a 10 minute walk to Havelock North Village and within 10 minutes drive-time of over 30 wineries.

A fantastic stay. Beautiful, well equipped apartment. Clean. New. Lovely view. Private. Hosts, who live next door, are super friendly but not intrusive. A short 1km or so walk to Havelock Village.

Quality Apartment Stay

Hal greeted us on arrival with an umbrella which was very thoughtful. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful view from the bedroom upstairs, felt very private. Highly recommend this property 😊

Prime location near Havelock North village

We had a fantastic experience at 126D Napier Rd! The central Havelock North location made exploring Hawke’s Bay convenient and the hosts were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to enhance our stay. We engaged in a variety of activities from exploring Te Mata trails, walking to the village pool, restaurants and enjoying local markets. A memorable experience was encountering black swans on our Takaro, Ahuriri to Cape Coast cycle tour before Black Bridge en route to the wineries!

A very clean and comfortable place to stay and would definitely stay here next time we are in Hawkes Bay. All modern appliances and fittings and kept in immaculate condition. A place with enough room for 2 enhanced by the outdoor courtyard and upstairs deck off the bedroom. I would highly recommend this place to stay. The only negative is one of the properties in the enclave is unkempt but this didn't make any difference to our stay.

Our apartment was impeccably clean with every amenity supplied. Hosts Hal and Trish were friendly and helpful. The apt was situated perfectly on the outskirts of Havelock with a lovely coffee cafe just across the road.

Communication was very good. Hal and Trish met us when we checked in and there was a nice chilled bottle of rosé in the fridge.The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was absolutely beautiful had everything you needed and was very clean.We stayed for eight days and we’re sad to leave itThe Hawks Bay,Havelock North, Napier ,is a wonderful area to spend some time in! Relaxing place to stay in Havelock North

We had such a relaxing, comfortable stay here in Havelock North at this apartment. It had everything we needed and more and has a lovely outlook onto the park! The owner greeted us and was lovely. The apartment is fitted out with top-notch everything. We especially liked the bathtub and shower. We highly recommend this place and would stay again!

Man was very arrogant when checking in.we had arranged for early check in with Trish ,on arrival he all but abused us.We would have left then if we hadn't paid ,otherwise Bach was great but no washing machine or dryer.
