For a handicap accessible room there are many things lacking. It was all the way down the hall a long distance to the desk and breakfast. All of the doors from the outside and the door to the room are heavy and impossible for a handicapped person to open while using a mobility device...no button ...

Neither the hot tub nor the pool were open either one was worked on the entire time I was there. The fitness area was a pass to Anytime Fitness which was no where close to the hotel. Continental breakfast sucked.

Jana was so responsive & helpful with everything! She was also willing to accommodate us while there was a blizzard during our stay. Everyone really enjoyed how big and spacious the house was. We will definitely be coming back soon!

This home was Beautiful! It felt soo clean that a bunch of us would have felt comfortable sleeping on the floor. There was enough space for everyone to sleep and the pictures did not do this house justice! The house is sooo much bigger than what the pictures show, so that was a very pleasent suprise! ...
