“We had a great girl's weekend at this place.”

“Shayla was so accomodating! Great communication and done everything possible to make our stay comfortable! She even sent her husband over to fix the gas for the hot water at 12am (he was there in 5 minuets)! The little goodies were a lovely touch too, the only thing i could reccommend is getting a couple of oven trays (you guys had everything else but that)! We will definately be booking here again in future, thank you again so much for everything - Jess.”

“We had a warm welcome from Gwen and look around the accommodation. Beautiful breakfast, decor and cosy to relax in. Checked in on us and closed our curtains in evening which was a lovely surprise to come back to after dark! Highly recommended!!!!”

“Lovely house. Big table for us to all sit at and enjoy our meals together. We also made use of the lawn and played some games together :)”

“Stayed 3 nights, with friends from overseas, for a concert at Black Barn. House was beautifully renovated and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The host Rebekah was lovely to deal with. Great location on the main road between Havelock North and Hastings, 5 minutes walk into lovely Havelock township and 30 minutes from Napier. Great base for exploring this region with its close proximity to the towns, vineyards and Te Mata Peak for a birds eye view of the area. Highly recommend. ”

“This house has been on my bucket list for years and it definitely lived up to expectations! Even with the cloudy weather, the views were great and the house had everything we could have needed for a relaxing few days! Would 100% stay again!”
